No! One of our goals for Myles Challenges is for fitness to be accessible for everyone. If you would like to use it for a large corporate or charity challenge, please get in touch with us for more information.

Firstly download the Myles app and connect your Strava account. Choose a challenge to begin on Myles and get started! Make sure to record and save your challenge on Strava in order to update your progress on your Myles challenge.

Make sure your activity was recorded and saved on Strava. It may take a few minutes for the data to be updated to myles. Also double check that you recorded the right kind of activity and that it’s the same as the type you’re completing the Myles challenge with.

There are a huge variety of challenges to choose from on the app with varying distances. Some may take you less than an hour, others a month!

Currently we only support Strava, however more syncing capabilities are coming soon.

If you are passionate about virtual challenges and like our app, get in contact with us and we can introduce you to our Myles Athletes team.

You can run, cycle or walk anywhere in the world! Just download the app and start your challenge today.

We currently have 10 free challenges that you can complete anytime. Our goal is to bring runners and cyclists together from all around the world so occasionally we run live events for everyone in the Myles community to run together.

Yes! If you are an individual running for charity you can use the app for free to record and share your progress with your donors and supporters. If you are looking to organise a virtual event for fundraising we have a corporate and charity challenge package, if you are interested in this please contact us.

You can’t do this directly on the app. If you’re looking for a custom route, drop us a message and we’ll see what we can do for you!
